FutureMakers is a program that aims to help young women develop the leadership, professional, and life skills they need to succeed. Through mentoring, networking, and personal development opportunities, young women are able to build a strong foundation for their future. The success of FutureMakers will be measured through surveys and feedback from participants, as well as tracking the number of young women who go on to pursue higher education or secure a job. ClotheHer is a program that provides business attire to women in need, helping them prepare for job interviews and advance their careers. By providing women with professional clothing, we are able to help them feel confident and ready to take on the job market. The success of ClotheHer will be measured through the number of women who receive professional clothing, as well as tracking the number of women who secure employment after receiving the clothing. With your donation, we can continue to provide women with the tools they need to succeed in the workplace and achieve financial independence.
